BREADS

Country Loaf

Wild-yeast  leavened with a crusty exterior and an open-crumb, whole wheat  interior.

Baguette

Lean dough in a French-inspired style.

Rustic White

Crispy crust and moist, varied crumb structure. More wonderful than Wonder bread.

EPI Baguette

Epi means “wheat” in French. This baguette is finished with a scissor-cut to create a wheat-strand shape, then sprinkled with sesame & poppy seeds.

Challah

Traditional Eastern European braided egg bread;  heavily fermented with a fine, soft crumb.

Rye

Organic rye flour and a combination of pre-fermented and wild yeast give this seeded bread a robust flavor.

Brioche

A slightly sweet and buttery, soft French bread. Shaped into rolls or braided.

Olive and Plain Ciabatta

Italy’s response to the French baguette. Translates to “slipper” in Italian. Choose plain or Zatar & Kalamata olive.
