We make the classic Italian flavors of gelato using all-organic local dairy products, eggs, sugars and chocolate. We also use fresh local seasonal fruits, depending on availability.

Fior di Latte
The simplest milk and cream gelato with just a light touch of Bourbon vanilla bean. Try it in combination with chocolate or hazelnut..
Yogurt
Made with our fat-free tart yogurt, it's a refreshing and healthy snack.
Crema
A relative of Custard and French vanilla, this is a simple and elegant flavor that's both delicate and satisfying.
Gianduja (chocolate hazelnut)
Hazelnuts and chocolate combine to create an irresistible flavor all its own.

We use the best organic chocolates known to man. Enough said.
Dark Chocolate
A chocolate for adults. In this flavor we use Costa Rican Grand Cru Pacuare Chocolate chips and roasted cocoa pod nibs.
Spicy Chocolate
A hint of hot pepper dovetails nicely with our Dark Chocolate gelato --a unique and surprising taste sensation.
Stracciatella (Vanilla Chocolate Chip)
A classic Fior di Latte mixed with Costa Rican chocolate cru chips.
Nocciola (hazelnut)
Made with Piemonte Hazelnuts imported from Italy (where it's the number-three gelato flavor after chocolate and Crema), this delicate and silky gelato is full of character.
Pistachio
When it comes to pistachios, there is really only one undisputed king: Bronte. Bronte's pistachios are so unique that they have their own protective mark (D.O.P), very much like fine wines. This tough little nut grows in Sicily on the foothills of the active Mount Etna volcano and yields fruit only once in two years. After tasting it over and over again, we decided to fly it in because there is simply nothing that comes close to its incredible flavor.
Banana
Although not a classic, our Banana has developed a cult following.
Sorbets
All of our sorbets are made with fresh seasonal fruit, organic sugar and pure spring water. We prefer to use fruit from neighboring farms where we know the farmers personally and we can get the fruit exactly as we want it. We also use fruit from other sources when we can't get them locally.

Yogurt
We make our fat-free yogurt using milk we skim ourselves. The result is a yogurt-lover's dream, with a tangy, fresh and slightly lemony flavor.
In Italy, plain yogurt is a popular flavor in gelaterie. We have included this flavor because we think it is amazingly refreshing and happens to be a healthy snack too. Yogurt lovers will also enjoy Pitango's real fruit-flavored yogurt selections that combine the same fat-free goodness with the season's fresh fruit, apples, berries, kiwis and limes.
